1.General Terms and Conditions of K-Triumf Resort

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern hotel reservations of LÁZNĚ 1897, s.r.o., Company ID No.: 03030997, and are in accordance with the current hotel rules and applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

1.2. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the contractual terms stated below.

1.3. LÁZNĚ 1897, s.r.o. is registered at Lázně 100, 552 11 Velichovky, Czech Republic.

1.4. By making a reservation via the K-Triumf Resort website, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with our hotel. You confirm that you have full legal capacity, are responsible for all payments made in your name or using your credit/debit card, and that all information provided by you is true and correct.

1.5. Your reservation at K-Triumf Resort becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by the hotel or the sales department and once the advance invoice has been paid or a valid payment card guarantee has been provided.

2.Types of Reservations

2.1. Two types of reservations are available:

a) Standard reservation – allows free cancellation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
b) Non-refundable reservation – does not allow cancellation or refund of the paid amount.

2.2. A standard reservation may be modified or cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the selected stay period.

2.3. Non-refundable reservations may be modified or cancelled; however, no refund of the paid amount is provided. These reservations are offered at a discounted rate, subject to immediate payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking or by bank transfer no later than the due date stated on the invoice.

3.Online Reservation Process

3.1. To make an online reservation via the K-Triumf Resort website, you must complete the reservation form with all required details (stay dates, number of guests, name and address of the guest, number and type of rooms, and any discount code) and click the RESERVE button.

Payment options:

  1. a) Standard reservation – payment is made at the hotel reception. Credit/debit card details are required solely as a booking guarantee. After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information.
  2. b) Non-refundable reservation (discounted rate) – requires immediate payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer no later than the due date specified in the invoice.
  3. Payment Terms

4.1. The payment method depends on the reservation type and is specified during the booking process.

4.2. For standard reservations with free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, payment is made at reception. A valid credit/debit card including expiry date must be provided as a guarantee.

4.3. For non-refundable reservations, immediate payment by credit/debit card or instant bank transfer is required.

4.4. If immediate card payment is selected, the amount will be charged after the order is received. If payment is made by a third party and the cardholder will not be present at check-in, the hotel reception must be contacted by email.

4.5. Upon successful authorization, a confirmation email including reservation summary and tax invoice will be sent. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the reception.

5.Reservation Changes

5.1. Any reservation changes (e.g., name, stay date, room type) must be made in writing via email to the hotel reception. Contact details are available on the website. You will receive confirmation by return email. If the requested change cannot be made, you will be informed accordingly.

6.Prices

6.1. Payment by credit/debit card or cash is possible only in CZK.

6.2. For bank transfers, exchange rate information and the total CZK amount charged will be stated on the invoice attached to the confirmation email. Exchange rates are set monthly according to the Czech National Bank.

7.Cancellation Policy

7.1. By making a reservation, you agree to the applicable cancellation policy covering no-shows or late cancellations.

7.2. All cancellations or changes must be made in writing by email to the reception and will be confirmed by email.

7.3. For standard reservations:

  • Cancellation 1 or more days before arrival – no cancellation fee
  • Cancellation after 18:00 one (1) day before arrival – 100% of total reservation price
  • No-show – 100% of total reservation price

Group reservations are subject to individually agreed terms.

7.4. For non-refundable reservations, any change, cancellation, or no-show results in a contractual penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount.

8.Complaints and Compensation

8.1. If you have any comments regarding accommodation or services, please contact reception or hotel management immediately during your stay.

8.2. If the issue cannot be resolved on site, you may submit a complaint by email to info@k-triumf.cz no later than five (5) working days after departure. The complaint will be assessed in accordance with applicable laws and hotel regulations.

9.Company

LÁZNĚ 1897, s.r.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests are advised to review the current version prior to each reservation.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 January 2026.
